Robert Seaman is a nationally known illustrator and freelance artist whose work has been used for both magazine and book illustration. His clients have included, Grays Sporting Journal, Fly Fisherman Magazine, Ladybug and Cricket Magazine, Sanctuary Magazine (MA Audubon Society), The History of the Grand Cascapedia River, Renaissance Greetings and numerous others. Robert is a faculty member of the Sharon Arts Center (Peterborough NH) and The Chaffee Art Center (Rutland VT) and has conducted a number of workshops and Artist-in-Residences in the New England area. He received his History of Art AB degree from Williams College. His work has been shown in a number of solo and group exhibitions, including a solo exhibition at The Charter Trust Co., group exhibitions at The Thorne Sagendorf, The Harris Center, Friends of the Dublin Art colony and several others. He has donated a number of paintings and drawings. Notably, to assist the Boston Symphony, the Arts and Humanities Department of the City of Boston, The Vermont Arts Council, the Vermont Institute of Natural Science to name a few.
